HERE’S THE SHORT VERSION

Growing up, I never understood how we could turn to God with questions about just about anything… except sex. That disconnect sparked a curiosity that eventually led me to study human behavior, education, and sexuality, and took me down a path to learn everything I could about the most taboo subject around.

I’ve spent years studying sex education, exploring sexual health difficulties within religious communities, and working as a sex educator. Eventually, I realized I wanted to learn more so I could bring better, more accessible, and faith-affirming education into my own community. So, naturally, I went “Down Under” to learn about “down under” and moved to Australia to earn my Master’s in Sexology.

Now I’m back in Utah, creating educational content, hosting a weekly podcast, putting on events, and teaching human sexuality as an adjunct professor. I’m passionate about making conversations about sex easier, more informed, and something we don’t have to leave our faith out of.
